COVID-19 / Delivery FAQ's

Fresh Coffee provides free delivery on all orders, shipping through Royal Mail. All our deliveries are sent with Royal Mail 48hr delivery. We promise during COVID-19 to dispatch all orders within 72hrs of customers processing payment – currently we are managing to get products dispatched within 48hrs. However, Royal Mail are currently experiencing widespread delays out of our control. We ask all customers to bear with us at this challenging time.

Single Purchase FAQ's

Fresh Coffee offer two ways to purchase coffee. If you want to try a blend or brand and see if you like it, you can order a ‘single purchase’. This is like anything you would buy in a supermarket. You pay once, get one item as listed and then you can buy again if you want to. Luckily, we make the process easier from there. Once you’ve found the coffee you like, you can order it again as a subscription and choose a delivery interval that suits you and we will send you coffee on a schedule that suits you with no hassle.

Subscription FAQ's

‘Subscribe & Save’ is how we describe our coffee subscriptions. If you know the coffee you like and want it on a regular basis, we give you a minimum of 10% discount in return for subscribing to a delivery schedule. We take all the hassle out of organising your coffee supply, getting it to you when you want it. You choose your delivery interval and how much coffee you want each time. We handle the rest.

Our subscriptions are flexible. You can choose how often you want to receive coffee, and how much each time. We offer three standard delivery intervals – every seven days, every fourteen days, or every 30 days. When we run special offers with exciting discounts our subscriptions are available in seven-or fourteen-day delivery intervals. If you sign-up to a promotional subscription that runs on seven- or fourteen-day delivery intervals your subscription will end after eight charges, at which time you would need to purchase another subscription from our website.

Our subscriptions are split into two types. Our standard subscriptions offer 10% off a ‘Single Purchase’ of any coffee on our website. With a 10% discounted subscription it will continue until you cancel, change, or pause it. When you set up the subscription you choose how much coffee and how often you would like it delivered. Your subscription will run based on these choices until you change them. Our promotional subscriptions offer between 20% and 30% discount at any given time. These subscriptions only ever run for a maximum of eight charge periods. For example, if you signed up to a 30% off subscription on coffee pods, receiving thirty pods every seven days you would get coffee delivered to your door for 8-weeks, every seven days. Once promotional subscriptions are finished our customers are notified via email can order a new subscription on our website.

To cancel a coffee subscription, you need to click on the person icon on the top left of our website on a desktop computer, or in the top left menu on a phone or tablet. Then, enter your email address and password on the login screen –you will have set this up when you purchased your subscription. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily and our website will send you email within 10 minutes to help you regain access. Once you have logged in to your account. Head to the ‘Dashboard’ tab. Under your name on the page where it says 'Hello NAME’ click the button ‘Manage Subscriptions’. This will take you to a ‘Subscription’ page where you can choose to cancel any live subscriptions by hitting the ‘cancel’ button. Once completed your order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email.

If you want to adjust the amount of coffee, delivery interval or cancel a subscription ahead of the next delivery you need to do so 24hrs before it is due to be processed. Your payment is processed 48hrs before we dispatch your coffee, which means you need to cancel or change a subscription 72hrs before it is due to arrive at your home.

Promotions FAQ's

To redeem a discount code from an email offer you need to set up an account using the person icon on the top right on desktop computer or in the menu on mobile or tablet devices. Once this is done, find a coffee you love, add it to your basket and proceed to the checkout by reviewing your basket. Once in the checkout you will see a section labelled ‘Coupon code’. Enter your code here and then proceed to the checkout with the brown button – your discount will be applied in the final stage of the checkout.

If your discount code isn’t working in when you are reviewing your shopping cart, please click the brown ‘Checkout’ button. Sometimes discounts do not show up in your ‘Shopping Cart’ review page but do show up in the final checkout page based on whether you have a discount code from a wider promotion, or a personalised discount code received via email just for you. If the discount is not applied after trying this, please reach out to our team on email at sales@fresh-coffee.co.uk and they will help you as best they can

Coffee Credential FAQ's

Right now, Fresh Coffee offer several organically grown, sustainably packaged and fully compostable ranges of coffee. We push our partner roasters and suppliers to develop sustainable coffee ranges wherever possible. General FAQ's

Currently our coffee pods from the Eden Project and Caffètutto are Nespresso original pod machine compatible. You can see the different types of Nepresso original pod coffee machines on their website to determine which machine you have and if our coffee pods will fit your machine. Nespresso Vertuo pod machine owners will not be able to purchase our coffee pods as they will not work in that machine variant.

We believe that everybody should have brilliant coffee regardless of their equipment. We stock coffee and hot chocolate that can be enjoyed using Nespresso coffee pod machines, any filter coffee apparatus and simple hot water with coffee bags. You can choose what products we stock for your format of enjoyment using the ‘Shop by Format’ button on our website.
