To change the delivery intervals on a coffee subscription, you need to click on the person icon on the top left of our website on a desktop computer, or in the top left menu on a phone or tablet. Then, enter your email address and password on the login screen – you will have set this up when you purchased your subscription. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily and our website will send you email within 10 minutes to help you regain access. Once you have logged in to your account. Head to the ‘Dashboard’ tab. Under your name on the page where it says ‘Hello NAME’ click the button ‘Manage Subscriptions’. This will take you to a subscription dashboard. Click the ‘Delivery Schedule’ tab on the left-hand side. This will allow you to change the subscription to any other available delivery intervals – seven, fourteen or thirty days. Once completed your you will be notified via email of your updates, or you can check back in your subscriptions tab at any time to see the status of your subscription.
