Fresh Coffee Shop offer subscriptions on almost all of its products.
Here is some key information on our subscriptions:
You can setup subscriptions for 7, 14 or 30-day intervals on any product on Fresh Coffee Shop. When you set up a subscription your card will automatically be billed every time you are due a top-up of coffee. Once your subscription is set up using our checkout you will be sent information to access and manage your subscription in our ReCharge customer portal. This allows you to adjust or cancel your subscription.
The only time you won’t be able to cancel anytime is when your sign-up to Discount Subscriptions which run for a minimum of four charges at your chosen time interval (7 or 14-days). Subscriptions are always cheaper than single purchases, saving between 10%-30% on a single purchase price. This makes our Coffee Capsules almost 26p per cup on a regular basis.
Please note that if you have signed up to a 10% discounted subscription, your subscription will continue to run until you cancel the subscription. If you sign up to a 20% or 30% off subscription it will only run for a maximum of 8-weeks in line with our promotional policies. Once your discounted subscription period ends, you will need to re-sign-up to a new subscription on our website through our shop, our use the links in the 'end of subscription' notification email.
