All card transactions are carried out by Worldpay. customer serviceYou can contact the fresh-coffee company anytime between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. orderingIn the unlikely event that a product or coffee is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange an alternative replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. We cannot guarantee availability of all products and coffees at time of ordering. Products which are out of stock will be marked on the site as soon as we ourselves are notified. However, we cannot guarantee that an item which is not marked Out of Stock is in stock as that information may be being updated. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. We reserve the right not to accept an order. orders outside the UK We are happy to quote UK by special arrangement. This is clearly stated on the home page and order page. deliveryOnce we've received your order we will try to despatch it within 24 hours. We use Royal Mail for all normal UK deliveries. You will receive an email to tell you that it's been sent. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the goods to you within this time we will contact you and arrange another time for delivery. If another delivery time cannot be agreed upon then we will offer you a full refund. However, delivery can take up to seven days after which point please contact us. All our deliveries are made by the Royal Mail Postal Service. Delivery times are conditional to the order being complete and us having the relevant information from the customer to process it. The carrier will only attempt to deliver the product twice, after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery which may involve collecting the item from your local sorting office or depot. As coffee is perishable we can not refund any non-defective coffee ordered. accessory warrantiesIf any faults or problems occur on accessories purchased, the product will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Any faults should be reported in writing by email, post or fax directly to the manufacturer. Please be aware that some manufacturers will issue a repair or replacement if notified within 28 days, otherwise after 28 days they may only repair the product. This is down to the discretion of the manufacturer. return of non-coffee productsIf you wish to return goods which are not faulty they must be UNUSED, UNOPENED, in a re-saleable condition as new and in the same condition in which they were delivered. The cost and responsibility of safely returning non faulty or unwanted goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Return delivery can be arranged by us at a charge if requested. We will only issue a refund once the goods are returned to us and we have checked that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used. All returns must be arranged in writing by email or post prior to returning any item and a returns reference will be issued.
