This pack contains two superb ethical origin coffees – one Fairtrade and one Soil Association accredited - plus two packs of our hand made single origin chocolate discs. Using cocoa beans from one geographic area gives the chocolate a unique flavour and character. The single origin Tanzanian dark chocolate discs contain 73% cocoa solids and our single origin Venezualan milk chocolate discs contain 43% cocoa solids.

This gift box gives you the opportunity to spread the word about the valuable work that Fair Trade and the Soil Association do. Coffee is grown in some of the most ecologically diverse and fragile ecosystems and that is why it is so important to farm in a sustainable manner.

The Fair Trade association works with farmers to help create rewarding working environments and the long-term investment in the local community results in high production standards and coffee of exceptional quality.

The Soil Association supports farmers, helping them to grow their coffee crops organically.

Organico Colombianos is grown by the Paisa of Antioqia in North-Western Colombia under organic conditions. This hand picked and wet processed coffee is specially selected to choose only the larger beans, providing a consistently fine quality coffee for which Colombia is famous. Full bodied and smooth with a rich, slightly nutty flavour and sweet aroma. This coffee carries the Soil Association seal.

Sumatra Mandheling is grown in Indonesia at altitudes of more than 3,600 feet. Our coffee grower uses a semi-washed process for an earthy yet clean taste with a full body and low acidity. Sumatra Mandheling is an exotic and spicy coffee with an intense, rich flavour. This special coffee is produced and imported under a Fairtrade agreement and carries the Soil Association seal.
