These thick discs are made from single origin chocolate, using cocoa beans harvested from one geographic area combined with essential mint oils gives this chocolate its unique flavour and character. Cocoa beans from Venezuela make a full flavoured milk chocolate which we then infuse with mint and demerara sugar making it sweet, like Moroccan mint tea.
